Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • For the booking of appointments and registration of new patients.

  • Send appointment reminders to patients.
  • Send information on new products, services and promotions.

We may share this information with third parties for the use of appointment booking, sms reminders and also contracted services, i.e. ear test appointments.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep contact details and test records for 3 years. We will then dispose your information by removal or deletion of the digital records held in our systems.
